Divij Vaswani

Founder & CEO

Divij started his entrepreneurial journey over 10 years ago when he was in high school, selling products on EBay. Since then, he graduated from USC Marshall School of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business and started Division Media in 2020 during the pandemic.

Lulu Snyder


Lulu is from Orange County, California. Having grown up in the suburbs of Los Angeles, she has always had an affinity for marketing and the entertainment industry. She went to school for fine arts, but made a career switch in 2020 when she joined Division Media.

Dominique DeFilippis

Head of Influencer Strategy

Dominique is a Belmont University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She moved from Tennessee to Los Angeles in 2019 to pursue her dream of working in the Music Industry, but quickly found a passion for influencer marketing when she joined the Division Media team in 2021.

Christian Yi

Influencer Marketing Strategist

Christian is a photographer, content strategist, and creative director. He joined the Division Media late 2021, and has been a crucial part of our team ever since. He graduated from both UCSB and UCLA with Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Photography, respectively.

Natalia started with Division Media early in 2022. She is passionate about social media, marketing, and connecting brands with their target audiences through influencer marketing. She is currently at Stevenson University, working on her bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Communications. She is eager to dive into the world of influencer marketing and contribute her skills to help manage impactful campaigns.

With a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas, she engages audiences and forges meaningful connections with captivating, deliberate narratives that stand out in the digital landscape. Creative and results-driven, she is committed to delivering outstanding outcomes in the ever-evolving world of influencer marketing.
